The lake

The jetty register.

Every pier, ferry landing, marina, mooring and slipway on the Como shoreline — 558 structures across 41 comuni, mapped from open data. Open data knows where they are. It does not know whether you may tie up at any of them. Where a public authority, an operator or a member has said, the answer is here with its source and date; 485 of them still say nothing, and that gap is the point of the register.

Marina or harbour · Bellagio

Porto Turistico di Loppia

Published sources disagree here

Municipal harbour of Bellagio. 17 berths, all held on concession and assigned by public tender, suited to boats up to about 7 metres. Average draft 1.4 m. The entrance is narrow: hold 120 degrees for 0.2 nm towards the centre of the basin, and stay out in wind or swell. A big seawall shelters it from the north. No water, electricity or fuel on the quay; parking, a bar and a cash machine ashore; the nearest fuel is 1.2 km away. At night the entrance shows against a public street light. Sources disagree on the one question that matters to a visitor: the basin authority records a small pontoon for temporary mooring, the pilotage guide says there is none. Someone who has actually tied up here should settle it.

Marina or harbour · Menaggio

Marina di Menaggio

Menaggio's municipal harbour, at the western end of the promenade under the bell tower. 32 berths, all on concession, on pontoons and steps. Average draft 2 m, sheltered by stone breakwaters. Nothing on the quay: no water, electricity or fuel, though there is a fuel berth 300 m off and a bar, market, pharmacy and cash machine ashore. For a visitor the useful detail is that temporary moorings lie 0.1 nm north and 0.1 nm south of the harbour, and that the northern one is not always adequate shelter when the wind is in the south. The afternoon breva runs 10 to 15 knots here and sets up a tiresome swell.

Pier or jetty · Tremezzina

Pontile di attracco temporaneo natanti

Still open, but narrowed. The name on the map says a temporary landing for small craft. The basin authority's entry for Tremezzo describes the main harbour a few hundred metres north, run by the Consorzio dei Laghi Menaggio, 108 berths on floating pontoons, and notes in passing that two further small landings exist and are awkward to use. This pin is probably one of those two. It also records that commercial traffic has right of way over pleasure craft even under sail here, and that boats should not raft up because of the wash off the ferries. Which of the two landings this is, and whether anyone may lie at it, needs a local.

An access value from OpenStreetMap means a mapper thought so; it is a starting hypothesis, not a fact, and nothing here is permission to tie up anywhere.
