Dining Nesso

Eating inNesso.

Where the cooking is worth the walk, how the village changes by the hour, and what it takes to get a table in August.

Lake Como Province of Como

How to eat well in Nesso

Out of season the village empties and the choice narrows to almost nothing. Owners here cook, and drive or take a boat when they want to eat properly: Bellagio is north, Torno is south, and the western shore is directly across the water.

We do not publish names on a shore this small. Where we know a kitchen worth crossing the water for, it goes on the members' list with the number and the person to ask for.

For the village itself, its character, its property market and how to get there, read our guide to Nesso.
